The Flick Factory has a broadcast spec Avid Media Composer edit suite with Final Cut Pro7 capabilities as well.

We are currently editing a six part, rude and debauched comedy soap opera, set in Ibzia, for Peninsula Films / Bluebottle TV - the new online channel set up by Wallace & Gromit and Peppa Pig's composer. It's the sort of thing where "cracking cheese Gromit" is far more likely to refer to some bloke's smegma rather than a sliver of Wensleydale.

We are also cutting Pensinusla/Bluebottle's comedy fashion series - 'Fash Mob' and a strange cookery show - 'The Cookery Witch' - imagine Nigella Lawson with Mexican "day of the dead" tendencies.

The Flick Factory recently completed work on 'Disabled Fight Club' - a Channel Four commissioned trailer - proof of concept film - for Big Media Management highlighting the lives of disabled people who take part in high level combat sports.

The Flick Factory edit department worked on the BBC2 documentary; 'Too Fast To Be A Woman: The Caster Semenya Story'. The story of the South African 800m runner who was held in limbo for a year while various athletics governing bodies decided what gender Caster is.

Projects include:
Short dramas and comedy dramas for Screen East / UK Film Council.

One of these short films: Jasmine Abineri's 'A Time In Silence' has been awarded the "runner up" prize at the Baltimore Women's Film Festival and been screened at a whole slew of festivals including: Cannes, Barcelona, International Festival of Film and Cinema Technology, Pittenweem Arts Festival, Brussels Film Festival,Clermont - Ferrand Short Film Festival, Edinburgh Film Festival and the Cambridge Film Festival .

Jazz Cannons promo - a nifty, slick piece of editing wizardry showing off the cultured rat packy, soul and latin noodlings of this "do anything for hard cash" jazz group.

And as an offshoot of the Jazz Cannons work, the Flick Factory is now shooting and cutting promotional material for Burton Bradstock - 21st century English folk "re-imagined". Beautiful historic songs, often with intriguing narratives, played by some of the UK's best jazz musicians. Ear plugs? Burton Bradstock have already been called "the Metallica of folk"

The Flick Factory has been editing with Renegade's Don't Tell The Bride team [BBC3]. To date we have completed a Best Of show looking at five glorious tears and tantrum filled years of this iconic series, edited an episode in the 6th series which rated as the most watched episode in 'Bride' history - with 1.2 million viewers - and we also cut a 'Global' edition which samples the Bride format in many of the countries who have now made their own shows.
